Not quite as good as the older version I watched in my massage school.

IN the older version, the 2nd view/window was from a better angle, looking over his shoulder, as if you were looking at your own hands. I found this much more helpful for trying to do the exercises than this newer version I bought. I'm putting YES on the recommending this to a friend with the caveat.... ONLY if you can't get the older version.

My massage therapist recommended I get this DVD -- I borrowed her tape of it beforehand and watched it. It's hard to find, so I'm very happy to have gotten it, and I appreciate the free shipping.
