Earthlite - Vortex Massage Chair Package

I love this Vortex chair! Simple to set up and take down, light to carry. I choose this metal frame chair after years of using plastic frame chairs that end up 'self-adjusting' while clients are resting and have too many adjustments available. This chair is really easy to make quick, simple adjustments for different clients. Fits almost every body size very well. Some larger and tighter men have a hard time using the knee-lower leg rest, but seem comfortable just leaving their feet flat on the ground. The sternum pad hasn't been a favorite with women with larger chests that might need it, but I'm glad it came with the chair anyway. When putting it back in the bag, take the entire face rest off the chair, the face pad off it's frame and tuck them seperately into the bag in the empty spots of the chair. A wonderful chair at a great price!

there are four rubber boots on the bottom of this chair.they were not lined up,the weight of the clients on the chair destroyed the rubber boots.can you please send me replacements? how about some disposable face covers that I should have received.
