I ordered this from oakworks, and was very excited about it. However, when it arrived i was greatly disappointed, It looks like a VERY used facerest, it gives under pressure leaving the client unsupported. It sounds nice in theory but poor exicusion.

I and my clients have determined that this cushion is more comfortable than the cushion that comes with the table.However, the covering on the face cradle has shifted with continued use. The corner seam on the edge that comes in contact with the client's lower cheek and chin creates a pressure point and is uncomfortable especially with the use of a fabric cover with seams that is commonly available. I use the face rest when I receive massage and I have found that the cushion gives under pressure and consequently the face sinks into the center cushion instead of being supported on the cushion thus there is a pressure point and lines appearing on the forehead between the eyes. I like the product better then what I have found so far but will continue to look for a more suitable means of supporting the head and face while lying face down.

I ordered my product on line, and got useful and helpful advice online via emails. I don't live in the USA, but was able to go to the Massage-Tools office to collect my face cradle pillow myself during a holiday, saving on the shipping costs.
The face cradle pillow is fantastic, very comfy and supportive - highly recommend!
