After trying numerous less expensive products (with no success), I gave in and purchased the Equipro Aeroderm 11600. It has vacuum power and deals nicely with my overactive sebaceous glands. I haven't figured out what the "pulverizer" is, and there are no instructions.
I would recommend this item to a friend.
